I am very happy with so many of my colleagues and seniors getting placed in various MNC's. However, I was just thinking about our future...
In my opinion, The mass percentage of our generation would never strive for knowledge, all they need is comfort at work and a huge salary!!! No offence here, I am partly one of them. :)
Whilst on the other hand, Enthusiasts and Adventurers like "me" always willing to do something different off schedule, and trying hard to make a meaningful life out of what we are passionate about, have the greatest hurdles in the world.
Making a career out of our passion and Earning money at the same time to not to depend on parents even after our 20's.
However, "Settling" is not exactly an option for my type of people (Passionate). For me, I want to be in a "good position" by the age of say, 27? And that's possible for me coz I know what i am going to do, and how can i earn and I am very very clear about it. :)
Apart from that, the interest of field of work plays an act of important ingredient. It goes like this, If i am intrested in software development now, I will do it. After an year or so, if i am intrested in Farming. Yes, i would do it. Because it satisfies me. That is our ultimate purpose of life right? to satisfy oursleves when we are able to, that is when we are SINGLE! :P A.K.A not married.
Just because you work in a good IT company doesn’t mean you should work there like forever, right? you have a Life, and you might have a goal. If you love to start a business, go ahead, take risk. If you love to do something huge, if it is important for your satisfaction. Go ahead , do it.
But do them before your marriage or before you start to have kids. Because it is rare to get supportive partners (wife/husband), but if you do get one then half of your problems are already solved.
Calculate your daily expenses, analyze your needs, see your monthly income and live a good life. If you are working as a Software Engineer and you don’t have any idea about “Software”, then spare some time and find a job that interests you or the job you have knowledge in, after that quit the current job and move to that one.
Making a career out of passion is the only way to satisfy yourself. Fot that, you need to be patient and never lose hope. :)
Once you cross that so called "Dip". And that's it, You are the king and nobody can stop you :)
Patience is mans best friend.
That is my conclusion! Hope it helped. :)

Visited Andhra University for the first time.
Visited Andhra university today. Must read, to know the Reality!
Its was a very different feeling all at once. On entering the university itself, Krishna Library caught my eyes!
1. Comparing myself to them, with no or little infrastructure comparing to my university which has "extra" infra for not only existing but upcoming students, the way they study in the university premises is unbelievable and inspiring.
>With greenery and fresh air everywhere, I dint have any Idea about the university until I got in. Most of the students are studying under the trees with full shade and where ever possible.
2. Their hostels are full of cockroaches and weak walls, with no surety of when they would fall off, even the fans and the lights. Well, nothing is so great around them, but the Education and the motivation they have towards studies to empower themselves, only because, they know the power and answer that hard work and sweat gives them and that is what they want perhaps.
3. Almost everyone of them will achieve something for sure whom I have seen today because, the hard work they do and with the motivation they have, they can be anything provided the facilities are up to the mark.
4. More importantly, the time they give to study anything is more than 5 hours in minimum in a day.
The time I give to develop or improve myself is not more than 3 hours. Which shows my negligence.
5. With so little sources of luxury and actually nothing but books and a place to sit under the tree. They are able to achieve so many things.
And me? With full of luxurious life and with laptops and smartphones and very good infrastructure, studying in one of the top universities in Andhra, I am not up to the mark.
6. Now, I realise, What if I add +3 hours to my study schedule accounting more than 5 hours a day to study and which completely changes me in to a different person?
With all the opportunities and luxuries around me, I can be something more than I am now, but THAT one thing that's stopping me is "LAZINESS".
7. I know there are a lot of people who wouldn't even care to read this status because this is Lengthy! That is the "LAZINESS". Forget about those who don't give a shit!
Finally, I have a statement to make with my *realisation* today.
"You don't get it by Staring. You don't get it by Wishing. You don't get it by hoping. You don't get it Easy. You get it by Getting off your ass working for it every second of everyday for the rest of your Life."
P.S: I know most of us feel the motivation, that it lasts only for a day or two max, after the incident or situation. But, maybe there will be some situations that change or imprints in the mind that we need to work hard for ourselves to the better future?
Who else?
